Frequently, we find ourselves making extremely difficult decisions to achieve work-life balance. However, it takes a lot of effort to identify the real sources of our struggle and possible solutions.

Suffering from work-life imbalance often feels overwhelmed, stressed, and exhausted. Here are some common feelings that they may experience:

· Burnout: Prolonged stress can lead to feelings of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion.
· Guilt: Feeling like they are not fulfilling their responsibilities at work or at home can cause feelings of guilt and remorse.
· Frustration: When work demands interfere with personal pursuits or time with loved ones, a person may feel frustrated and resentful.
· Isolation: The person may feel that they have lost contact with others or that they do not even have the energy or desire to see their loved ones. Expenses can also be a factor of imbalance, stress, and isolation.
